Lazy Food: Chocolate Kiwi Popsicles

WARNING: Do not continue scrolling if it's past dinner time.

I've been on a roll in cooking lately, not quite sure why, but I think it made my mom really happy so I guess that's a good thing.

And all the dishes I make are really simple, they require no skills whatsoever. Super simple! So I'm gonna share my recipes, well not technically mine, I got the idea from somewhere else but modified it a little, and I'm gonna call this series "Lazy Food" for obvious reasons.

Chocolate Kiwi Popsicles

The easiest and most popular one of all, everybody loves dessert. Watch this cute video on Youtube first for you to get a rough idea.

I chose yellow kiwis instead of green, just because I personally prefer yellow ones.
Wooden popsicle sticks are from an arts & crafts store called Art Friend, but I think you can get them at regular hypermarkets.
One kiwi fruit can make about 3 portions.
I froze them overnight, which will give your kiwi that nice sorbet texture.
I replaced coconut oil with canola oil, because coconut oil is just too pricey and I don't think it would be a smart purchase because I wouldn't be using it for any other dishes. I didn't put as much oil as the video did either, just enough to let the chocolate melt into a fluid state.
You can use any chocolate you like, dark, milk, or even white!
Melt the chocolate cubes in a double boiler/steamer, whichever you fancy.
Then dip the frozen kiwis into the chocolate, it should froze up right away.
Put them back to the freezer for the chocolate to cool all the way through, or just eat it right away!
Easy right? Lazy food for lazy cooks, good luck!
Bye bye~
