Lazy Food: Breakfast Burger

First thing you gotta know about me: I am obsessed with breakfast/brunch.

And I will do anything in my power to make everything breakfast appropriate, in this case, the people pleaser, BURGER!

Really simple, very few ingredients, and it can be done within 10 minutes. Let's begin!

Breakfast Burger

1 English Muffin (halfed, buttered, and slightly toasted, I got a pack of 4 at Patisfrance, but you can get this at most bakeries)
3 slices of avocados
2 slices of tomatoes
1 fried egg (or omelette, whichever type of egg you fancy)
1 slice of cheese
1 piece of bacon (you can add ham too if you like)
Ketchup & Japanese mayo (feel free to use mustard or any other sauce you prefer)

As usual, this requires no skills whatsoever, you just need to know how to stack.

I've listed out the sequence in the picture above, but you have the complete freedom to do it whichever way you like.


Next thing to do is take lots of pictures, Instagram it, and eat!

If you're a lady, use knife and fork, but if you're a barbarian like me, just use your hands like how you would normally eat a burger.
